About Me
I have held a passion for editing and proofreading for as long as I can remember. While growing up, I often helped friends, classmates, or family members with their essays and speeches. That trend continued throughout high school and on into college, where I earned Bachelor’s degrees in Agricultural Sciences and Sustainability, along with minors in History, Business and Entrepreneurship, and Animal Science.
I began editing professionally in 2022 but soon transitioned to freelance work after receiving a Certificate in Editing through the University of Washington in 2024. Since then, I have been copyediting and proofreading across a wide range of genres.
Although my academic background is rooted in agriculture, my favorite topics to read and edit include personal finance, mental health, and anything magical or fantastical.
I am a member of the Northwest Editors Guild.

I offer proofreading and copyediting at $35/hour. Not sure what you need? Below is an overview of what each option includes.
Copyediting: Reviewing paragraph structure, sentence structure, tone, spelling, punctuation, and readability, and some content feedback.
Proofreading: Checking your work for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors. I will also provide copyediting feedback when necessary.
